Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and leaves the warehouse, the estimated delivery time to the United States is 7 to 14 business days.

Please note: While we strive to meet these timeframes, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, high-volume seasons, or severe weather are outside of our control.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Because our primary market is the United States, standard domestic shipping regulations apply. However, if any unexpected local taxes or carrier fees are incurred during delivery, these are the responsibility of the customer.
