Return and Refund Policy

At FOOTANDFABRIC, we are committed to providing you with high-quality apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is clear and straightforward.

1. Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all original bonus accessories (such as the skinny belt, matching silk scarf, and garment/tote bag). If items are returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing accessories, the return will be rejected.

Note: We do not have any "Final Sale" items at this time. All purchases are covered under this 90-day return policy. We do not offer any separate or extended warranties.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We do not provide free return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at support@footandfabric.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the exact return shipping address and instructions.

5. Refund Process and Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, or Mastercard) within 3 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us at support@footandfabric.shop within 1 to 2 hours of placing it. Once this window has passed, the order is sent to our warehouse for processing and can no longer be canceled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow the standard return process.
